How to order:

Always in writing by email / POST in the first instance. This should be on company headed paper, or other official order form. Trading Terms: Credit account - On application, Pro-forma invoice Payment before processing the order.

Delivery of Goods:

UK deliveries are based on FIRST CLASS recorded delivery for low monetary value shipments.

NEXT DAY CARRIER for higher monetary value shipments.

Costs are variable depending on weight and size, the use of carrier packaging is employed where possible, depending on weight and size limitations to reduce costs.

We will consolidate multiple orders to one shipment when delivery request and availability permit

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are quoted at the time of enquiry and are based on handling, weight / volumetric measurement

Carriage inclusive pricing is available on request

If items are not available ex-stock then a delivery lead-time will apply. Lead-times are quoted at the time of ordering and vary depending on the item, manufacturer and their geographic location. Please remember that products supplied from the nearest factories do not necessarily arrive in the shortest time

Cancellations and returns:

Requesting to cancel an order must be made in writing. Cancellation would not be granted where products are made to order, or where production has already started. If a cancellation is accepted, then a handling charge may be applicable.

Return of goods will only be accepted after a GRN (goods returns number) has been issued by PASCOMP. Unauthorised returns may be sent back to the customer at their cost. Should a return be necessary then a GRN should be applied for within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
